About the Initiator and Founder

Rafał Brzoska is a transformative leader in business, philanthropy, and economic innovation. As the founder and CEO of Integer Capital Group, he has revolutionized e-commerce logistics in Europe through InPost, which operates the largest automated parcel pickup network across nine countries, handling nearly 900 million parcels annually. Beyond his business achievements, Rafał is deeply committed to social responsibility, leading initiatives such as the Convoy of Polish Hearts, a major humanitarian effort for Ukraine, and the Rafał Brzoska Foundation Scholarship Fund, which supports talented students at the world’s top universities.
